This diagnostic tool is operated by DigiLowCost (Asia Pacific) Ltd, trading as Acquire (referred to in this statement as “Acquire”, “we”, or “us”).

Your financial inputs are used solely to calculate your diagnostic result at the time of submission.
What Acquire does and does not see
We want to be completely transparent about how your financial data is handled.
Acquire does not have access to any financial information you enter into this tool. This includes your media spend figures, your revenue figures, and any ROAS data you provide. These inputs are processed automatically by the tool to calculate your diagnostic score and are not stored, viewed, or accessible to any member of the Acquire team in any form.
The only information Acquire receives is your name, your company name, your email address, your sector, your geography, and whether you have opted in to be contacted.
How we use your information

What we do not do
We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to any third party. We do not store your financial inputs in any identifiable form after your report is generated. We do not use your data for profiling, remarketing, or any purpose beyond delivering your report and, where you have consented, following up directly.
Aggregated data
Anonymised, aggregated data compiled from all submissions may be used over time to refine the sector benchmarks used in the tool. This data cannot be linked back to any individual user or company.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, or correction of, any personal information Acquire holds about you. You may also request that your information be deleted at any time by contacting us directly.
If you are located in Australia, your privacy rights are protected under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
If you are located in New Zealand, your privacy rights are protected under the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).
